Paper submission guidelines

ConfAir (conference management system) will be used both for initial paper submission and for submission of the final version of accepted papers. During the submission process, the authors are required to make sure that the pdf file and the ConfAir registration page of a paper have the same list of authors. That is, please enter all authors in ConfAir during the submission process. Also, the author list of an accepted paper CANNOT be changed in the final manuscript.

Papers should be a maximum of six (6) pages including figures, tables, references and appendices.

You can also use the sample template for Microsoft Word: A4, US letter.

Prospective authors are expected to present their papers at the conference, and at least one author must register at the full rate for publication.

Registration and submission is possible via our conference management system (ConfAir).
